I'm looking for SSR with a minimum input I heard there is one with 0.7V or if you know other reliable type with minimum input.

What voltage does the SSR need to switch?

120V AC

The basic circuit can be quite simple and a Triac is the most common and economical switching device.

The complications - which require experience with AC line circuitry - are due to meeting CE or UL safety requirements. These include (but are not limited to) creepage and clearance distances, CE or UL rated components, insulation coordination, Hipot testing, and input surge testing. To sell such a product in many (all?) countries testing and certification is required.
