OLED Display for Watts, Ohms, and Volts

So, I am a maker of e cigarettes, and am looking to design a OLED to implement in my units. I need this to be rather small, relative to the first attached picture. I have a basic understanding of circuits and would like to know how I would go about designing something like this, or if someone would like to collaborate with me to design it, or receive payment to do the design for me.
