Pulse Generator

Dear Sir/Madam:

Attached is a schematic from this site, but I have some questions as follows:
# This circuit will not work if we do exactly the same arrangements on a pcb; could you make some modification to make it work?
# A clock-pulse should be applied to pin-14 on ic1 (from pin3 of ic2, for instance), is it correct?
# Could we re-assign all the R & C values to make the circuit generate pulses of 1~2 Hertz(the circuit posted; if working; could merely generate pulses of more than 100 Hertz)?
# Time for “momentary push” > time for desired pulses output(but not too long); is this correct?
# Is this sort of pulse-generator kit available for sale?

I also created a Pulse Generator Circuit but using 555 timer and basing from this Design Click Here and i created it using schemeit.

hi, thank for the swift reply. but the 1st posted circuit is a bit different from a 555 timer.
the main function of the circuit is to output the desired number of pulses(from 1 ~ 9)
by pressing(momentary) the respective switch/es. i found this schematic in the web site
extremecircuit.net and believe that it will not work. we must fill in the correct steps(for
both wiring and parts specifications) to make it right so that other guys/gals do not have
to waste their time doing wrong things as i have done.

A pulse generator is either an electronic circuit or a piece of electronic test equipment used to generate rectangular pulses. Pulse generators are used primarily for working with digital circuits, related function generators are used primarily for analog circuits. mobdro
