Bug Report: Typically have to post reply twice to get it published

This is a Forum Web Site Bug Report:

Pretty much every time I post a reply to a Question I have to do it twice, because after the first click of the *Submit Reply* button the post vanishes without a trace -- LITERALLY -- I have found no way to get the text back, so I'm screwed if I didn't either save it in the clipboard, first, or edit it externally!

At first I thought it might be the session timing out, but it happened once when I quickly typed in a couple of lines and immediately hit the *Submit Reply* button!

This is in a *Firefox 29.0.1 browser* on a *Win7 64bit PC*

First time, that time -- so it might, still, be a session timeout issue, because I often click the "Reply" button and then compose my reply, or I open the question from the link in the email, read it, then do other things and come back. The one time I wrote about, where I typed a couple of lines and then hit the Submit Reply button [and had to do it gain because it vanished] may have been a similar case, where the question was already open in my browser and a "You_have_just_received_a_comment" email came for that same question, so I went directly to the page [rather than click on the link in the email] and entered my reply. More than likely, the session had silently expired.

Other than that, I don't have a clue what could be causing this
