I found a schematic for a TENS unit I am developing on PCBWeb. May I have permission to use it for commercial purposes?

Hi,

I dont get what you mean by permission but if you mean with PCBWeb maybe you should refer to the tools Terms of Service and Privacy Policy or to be safe just reach them using the tools Contact Us page.
