Which sensor to use for detecting a butterfly new born vibration?, I need something simple and just with an alarm to warn me when butterfly is just emerging from its chrysalis

Probably the least intrusive technique would be to use a Doppler Laser Vibrometer since it is non-contacting. These are expensive but very accurate and will detect extremely small vibrations.
