Hi Forum,

I m doing I2C in renasas controller..the code i wrote for i2c interfacing EEPROM..that code is correct only..but the data is not storing in eeprom..what i m thinking is i given the frequency of controller is 20MHZ..thatsy the data is not storing..means the I2C wil work on KHZ rite..will u give me some suggesion plzz..

Hi Siju,

You need to meet the required clock rate of EEPROM with possible present of pull up resistors. Try to check the EEPROM datasheet for the required clock rate. It needs to be synchronized for proper storing of data.
