Hello,everybody;

I want to take a sample of a music signal(voltage) from a speaker of a player or an amplifier
and rectify it so that it can ON a 2N2219 NPN transistor and OFF that transistor when the
music is not played and off.

Would you please give me a very practical and effective circuit schematic for that?

Hi Bahman,

Have you tried to check at www.schematics.com

Most them are well developed and modified.
