I had make it this circuit but do not any light display if connect 3 and 8 to ground.but if I connect to vcc it will light but do not display any number.so what the problem for my circuit?are there because I exchance the seven segment display?connection 5 will connect to what in the board?

Maybe you have a 7-segment display with common anode instead of common cathode. And to test your circuit tie any of the L-1..9 electrodes to ground to see if a number is displayed correctly.

Connection 5 on the seven segment ?or dp connection.so this connection must connect to what?

If it's called DP it is the pin for the decimal point. So tigh it high or low either if you want it to be illuminated or not.
