Use 5.1 Ohm Instead of 5 Ohm

I need to ask if there's an impact if I use 5.1ohm resistor as alternative for 5 ohm resistor.
Application is Lighting for Life Jacket.

Whenever choosing the value of your resistance for a specific application, there are things you should consider first. According to an article Choosing The Resistor To Use With LEDs by Grathio, you must know this three things:
* Supply Voltage
* LED Voltage
* LED Current

Furthermore, whenever designing circuits, there is what we call allowable tolerance being considered. Please review the specifications you need in your design.
