Does anyone here have the ability to make the following modifications?

Hello, I am looking at having an automotive ignition box modified and am wondering if you have the ability and tooling to do so. Essentially the control box has a modifiable tune as well as a number of stored tunes that operate via flash memory. The issue is that the stored tunes are not modifiable or replaceable. Are you able to change this so that the tunes are replaceable via the data cable connection?
