Hi, simple question. I'm looking for a simple interface that I can use to control this lateral actuator: http://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/371515022103

with my (Windows) pc via output commands.

You can use an external module like an MCU and do pwm by controlling the p-p voltage level of the analog by adjusting the duty cycle. I think you'll need atleast 12 V supply but since the mcu is only at 5 v, you'll need additional help from a FET or other power supplies.
