A current project given to me requires a voltage source for driving several multiple strings of LEDs in series. The most is 109 LEDS which requires a voltage source of 230v across this string. Accordding to the data my customer is giving me they are pulsed @1000 to 100Khz. The other strings are 25 LEDs (55v) 18 LEDs (39.6v) and 60 LEDs (132v). There are numerous designs for 55v and 39.6v but having trouble coming up with designs for the 2 @ 132v and 230v. I suggested just using a variable power supply but they want something the techs can just plug in and turn on. They also want to vary the freq to check the dimming from off to full brightness at 100Khz at these voltages. Basically a very high voltage function generator. Any ideas?
Thanks for the help.
