Fan Regulator Internal Circuit Diagram

it is manufactured by POLAR company

i also want to know its working procedure???

This is a hard case. You should provide the product number/model number of this component for a more deliberate explanation of the details. But more or less, its just a fan regulator.

A fan has an electric motor and metallic blades connected to it. When we switch on a fan, the voltage difference causes the current to pass through the motor and the fan rotates. The regulator controls the voltage that makes the current flow less or more. Lower the voltage lower the speed of the fan. So a regulator controls the voltage levels for the fan.

It is a mech rotary switch ,it uses tapped high wattage wire wound resistor to control the speed of the fan. pl see my attachment .
