I attached a photo of a drone circuit board. Which component is the tilt sensor, and how can I disable it while still allowing the drone to function? Thank you.

Can't get a part number off the IC's in the photo, so can't say, it will be one of the square packages. Normally, drones rely on anything from a 6 to 10 DOF chip to get the information required to keep the drone stable, pitch and roll are the components you are interested in. Unless you have the source code for the drone controller, you are not likely to be able to change anything, and doing so will likely result in flight instability,
