    Hello.
I have such a problem that at startup the mini drone turns to the side and does not want to take off. What may be the problem?
I upload a movie as it looks.

    https://youtu.be/q68uR1kln-w

When buying (in China) and a week of time it was ok, later the child damaged one wing and was raised for the same (same slope of feathers, length, etc.).
Best regards and I would like to ask for help.

The lift force created by a damaged rotor is lower than the forces generated by the other rotors.

Whether the replaced impeller is surely the same as the defective one, the location of the impellers is given in the manual.
Check that the engine reaches the correct speed.
When turned off, does a damaged rotor-engine lose speed faster than other engines.
It looks like the white propellers are pulling poorly, you have the trimmer on the apparatus to set the correction.

They are set as they were at the beginning (no instructions, somewhere is lost) I also watched the pictures on the internet and are set the same way.
It seems that the white engines stop first and then 1 black and then the second, the minimum time differences are.

I just don't know exactly how to set it on the remote control, the whole drone pulls towards white rotors and I have no idea how to control it.
On the video I just pushed up.

Oh, and what puzzles me is that black revolves (relative to each other) outside the drone, and white inside as I remember correctly. Shouldn't it be both sides outside?

Try to turn on the apparatus and the model first, then push the left stick forward and quickly back, describe the reaction of how it behaves.
On the side you have left / right arrow buttons hold the model in your hand and when adding gas with the stick you will feel in which direction the puller then try to set the trimmer with the left / right arrow button, describe the reaction.

Check engines probably for replacement two or one with white propellers.
Measure the dimensions, length, motor diameter, pay attention to the colors of the cables supplying the motors.

The one on which the drone is flying has white and black cables.
Probably it slows down a bit faster and seems to put more resistance when I try to spin the propeller.
Can it be cleaned or something? Maybe it will give something.?

Rather check if the motor shaft in what you replaced the propeller is not skewed.
    The motors are undivided.

I managed to lift it and stress for a while.
I said the propellers that are uneven, I held the button to the right and tried to lift it. But you can't control it anyway because it still flies in the direction of what I previously marked in the picture.

Measure what dimensions are the motor and for replacement.

Topic summary

The user is experiencing issues with a mini drone (RC101) that turns to one side and fails to take off. The problem arose after a wing was damaged and replaced. Responses suggest that the issue may stem from an imbalance caused by the damaged rotor or improper installation of the propellers. Users recommend checking the motor speeds, ensuring the propellers are correctly matched, and adjusting the trimmer settings. Further suggestions include inspecting the motor shaft for skewness and verifying the dimensions of the motors for potential replacement. The user has noted that one motor appears to slow down faster than the others, indicating a possible malfunction.
