Seeking Australian Automotive Electrical Specialist for Motorcycle Control Module Testing

I'm after some advice and to even maybe have a specialist help me out with an automotive control module that I'm making for a motorcycle.

I have been through 1 manufacturer and got burned so I intend to have a 3rd party test the new prototype before manufacture. The Issue was with the fluctuating voltage output of an old motorcycle and the power needed to be switched. The second design is done but I would like someone (prefereably from australia) that is well versed in the testing of this kind of unit to help me out!

I have a basic electrical knowledge but I'm after some advice from a specialist in Automotive electrical and possibly some freelance testing work.

Since you are the one manufacturing, can you give us small details about this automotive control module? How about the specifications you built it with. What is the issue with the fluctuating voltage? You don't have data for that?
