How to Calculate Exact Pull-Up Resistor Value for I2C LCD Based on Datasheet Specs

I am doing hobby project for that i am using I2C LCD now i want calculate exact pull up resistor value for I2C LCD  please help me, also i attached I2C LCD Pdf link here,Pull up resistor calculation

I not an expert but I have experimented with a lot of I2C displays. As you say it is pull up resistor. I usually start with 3.3K ohm as the lowest value  that I try on the SCL and SDA lines, and then I try changing the values up to about 10K ohm.With a display you can usually tell if the pull up is right if it starts working, if you have a logic analyser then you can look at the packets sent and determine the best resistor for the job.A lot depends on how fast the data rate is to the display and the length and capacitance of the links connecting your display to the I2C port.Hope this helps.

The I2C specification stipulates a maximum pull-down current of 3mA for each driver pin. So for a 3.3V supply, the lowest pull-up resistor is ~1.2K and for 5V, 1.8K.If there are few devices on the bus and you only operate at 100KHz, you can reduce the resistors to give a 1mA current, 4K7 for 5V or 3K3 for 3.3V. There arise and fall time limits in the specification and they should be listed in any I2C/SMBUS datasheet.

Thanks sir, but i already referred that document and by using their formula i tried to calculate pull up resistor value but i am not succeeded in that. 

After referring the TI document for calculating the pull resistor i have got these valuestr=300ns;  cb=400pF;  vcc=3.3V;  vol=0.8V;  Iol=1mA; or  Iol=30mA;Rp(max)=885.16 ohm;  Rp(min)=2.5Kohm;
in data sheet there two current one is 1mA  of supply current and another one is blk type edge white 2.8V ~ 3.0V /30mA, now here which current value i have to choose in between these two? also i have attached data sheet of LCD which i am going to use it my project please check it let me know.pull resistor
