Hello everyone,
I'm looking for someone who can help me about algorithm that i can wirte on matlab to design a program that reads a text input file representing the circuit and determines the node voltage.

Why not just use SPICE?
The DC operating point analysis does just what you need.

You can convert a basic circuit to Laplace transforms and enter the s-parameters into MATLAB to plot Bode, step and impulse responses, either using the Matlab shell or in Simulink.
