Best Configuration: Serial or Parallel PV Modules for 30kWp, 48V 3000Ah Battery System?

I have a project about solar system. 
PV module 30000 wp capacity (250 wp each).The batteries are 48v 3000ah (2v 3000ah each) and load is street lighting 7700 watts that light up for 11 hours. 
do I need serial or parallel PV installation?

30kW of panels at 48V will produce 625A7.7kW of lights at 48W require 1764AIn an ideal world you need 3 hours of sun to recharge the batteries. However, the panels will probably produce closer to 400A, less as they get hot. To ensure the longest battery life you want to be somewhere around 300A charging and discharging current. ie C/10Serial or parallel will depend on the modules and charge controller you have. If you are using dump load control, then you need to have a PV around 24 x 2.45V ~ 60V to ensure you fully charge. A MPPT charger will be more flexible in the input voltage.For that size of load consider going 110 or 240V. It will all depend on how much you have to spend on inverters and charge controllers.
