Hi.we have a mine sweeper robot. It with image processing should find the mine and find the center of it..i want to know that HAAR is better or HOG?we try HOG with MATLAB but it takes too much time to process but im sure its faster in opencv.can you please help me to write this with C or using its library?thank you.
