change 8k to 56k, 2.6k to3.9k short the emitter of the transistor to the ground change 3.9k collector resistor to 820 ohms. remove the 100k resistor to ground change the input cap 1000nf to 4.7 mfd now your tr base to emitter voltage will be around 0 .679v Good luck sambath
