You're gonna have a hard time getting that information. Even if you do, you'll have more trouble trying to purchase the chip in smaller quantities than 100,000. Broadcom (the manufacturers of the BCM2835) require larger quantities, signed NDA's. etc in order to work with you on this. The Raspberry Pi that uses the BCM2835 is not really open source, the chip itself is very closed off. The Raspberry Pi wasn't really developed to be cloned onto other devices. It's a common grievance people have with the platform.
The Beaglebone's (similar to RPi) use Texas Instruments ARM Processors, which are available to purchase and you should be able to obtain the footprints for these as well. They often behave similar to the RPi in many ways. You may have more luck with another ARM processor like these ones.
