Gents,We are facing a problem with high induced sheath current during line testing with cross bonding.initially, we got 27amps in link boxes when we injected 70 amps in the line.later with few suggestions from our design consultant and cable manufacturer, the induced current dropped to 15.5 amps.check the attached sheets for better clarification.even after improving earthing and making changes in link boxes and disconnecting one small section sheath from the ground, we have still 15.5 amps.please provide expert advice and possible suitable solutions.awaiting your questions to answer and further discuss.
