    Good morning,

I have a question about the 3 medium voltage cable line that runs through our building plot

A few weeks ago we got permission to transform these lines from overhead to ones that will go underground, but the costs are too high for us to afford such an expense.

Therefore, I would like to ask if there is a chance that Enea from these three cables that are connected between two poles should be insulated so that there is only one wire from the outside or is it technically possible? What can the cost be?

It will always be about 1m 1.5m more to be able to fit a house on the plot

What is the height of such a medium voltage line?
Can you place a carport about 3m high under such a line?
    Thank you for your response

It is one SN line in a flat arrangement.

Brutal reality. It collides with you, you bear the costs of gagging.

Enea will not do it. That is your problem. Theoretically, there is a chance to rebuild the line (provided that it is 15kV) with an AXCES 3x70 cable suspended on poles. Gagging costs similar, i.e. unacceptable to you.

    What line Existing?

Yes and no. A design should be made based on geodetic measurements.
Anyway, you have to develop a project for everything. Kumaty the designer can handle it.

Thank you for your comprehensive answer

Suppose it is 15KV, what is the approximate cost of pole-to-pole gaging?

From wiring such a line, the lowest cost will be a +/- 73 PLN / m cable, for a cross-section of 3x1x70mm2. Generally, it is usually the case that for a single-family house it is an investment worth the condition of the open building. Prices may vary due to differences in conditions with ZE. To this you have to add the costs of measurements, design, surveyor.
If the poles are not on your plot, you must also take into account the consent from neighbors, etc.

It all depends on the design solutions agreed with Enea. I do not know Enea's requirements because I do not operate in their area. Two cable poles with appropriate accessories should be installed and the cable laid.
3x70 cable is about 200 thousand / km. AXCES on the overhead network - 235 thousand / km. Pole stand approx. 20 thousand To this must be added the price of the building and executive design (from 10-14% of the investment value). The above prices, of course, net. VAT 23%.
I have a suggestion, look for a cougar designer and contractor, ask them for a bottle to estimate the costs. You will be smarter.

Recently, I was doing a similar topic, which closed in the amount of PLN 140,000 net (project + execution) - 1.5 span wiring.
For this amount, you have an elegant plot of land for a house or building, as a colleague wrote.

Thanks for the help, I already know that this is an unprofitable investment, the house will fit but it must be a project for a narrow plot or it will be maximally shifted to the opposite side from the MV cables.

Is there any recipe that says from what distance min. can a house be built in relation to these cables?
Is there any standard SN line height or can the height vary?

Do any of you know what the cost of insulation of these MV cables will be about 70m? Can it be done by ENEA or again at its own expense?
    Thanks for the help

I don't know the costs, but performance at your expense, because you care about it, not ENEA. You can ask them about the cost.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the feasibility and costs associated with converting a 3-medium voltage cable line from overhead to underground installation. The user inquires about the possibility of insulating the existing cables to reduce costs and the technical requirements for such a transformation. Responses indicate that while it is theoretically possible to rebuild the line with a 15kV AXCES 3x70 cable, the costs are substantial, estimated at around PLN 200,000 per kilometer for installation, plus additional expenses for design and permits. The user also seeks information on the minimum distance required for building near the cables and the standard height of medium voltage lines, as well as the potential costs for insulating the cables. Overall, the consensus is that the investment may not be financially viable, and any insulation work would likely need to be funded by the user rather than ENEA.
