Inserting Low-Pass and High-Pass Filters Between Audio DAC Output and I/V Converter?

Hello everybody . I would like to ask a question about audio DACs. I would like to know if it is possible to insert the two low-pass and high-pass filters between the current output and the current / voltage converter. the first on one channel and the second on the other channel.

Hi Luigi, DAC with current output are usually followed by a current to voltage circuit which generates an output signal suitable for driving audio amplifiers. The current-to-voltage converter circuit integrates a filter which suppresses out-of-band audio frequencies. They are not simple R-C filters, but (at least) second order active filters based on audio opamp. Luigi,I imagine that it would be possible to insert  filters between the current output and the current to voltage converter however, the filters would have to be designed for current input rather than the usual voltage input so you would require a different filter design.
