Hello, My name is Dror and i work in SCD company in Israel.I am a student HW designer and i have a question regarding power supply design. So i have these specifications for a chip that i need to meet (attached in excel document), and i am considering two options:1. Use a very accurate and clean voltage reference, followed by an OP AMP.2. Use an LDO.Another important thing is that the chip works in cryogenic temperature (77K), and the power supply source will be in ambient temp. of about -40C (Block diagram attached)
In both of the options, my biggest worries are the noise, temperature, and the dynamic requirements.I have a reference circuit using method 1 (attached), from former applications in the company, but i am not sure how to calculate the noise, and how to know if i meet the dynamic requirement, and i sure would like some help. What do you think?
Thank you in advance, Dror Aizik.
