how to design a mcb testing machine for long time, short time and instant trip with different number

Hello Friends,i want to design a mcb testing machine for long time, short time and instant trip with different number of stations.
these are the three individual equipment with different number of stations.
i have the question that what are the materials required and how to design its control and power circuit.
kindly help me and guide me.

I take it that by mcb you mean Miniature Circuit Breaker?  You will obviously need some kind of power supply capable of providing the voltage and currents you want to test at and a load that can be controlled or configured to draw the current you want to subject the MCB to for the time duration in each case.  You will probably want to sense voltage and current and record them as the test progresses for analysis either in real time of off line.However, long before you get to a parts list, I would recommend you write a set of requirements.  Start by listing your use cases (the different MCBs you want to test, the conditions you want to test them at, e.g., the current profiles you want to subject them to, etc) then state what the capabilities of the tester power supply(s) and load(s)  must be, then choose an architecture (how  the various components will be  arranged, interconnected and controlled) and finally get into the design details (selecting the right power supply, controllers, computer(s), software, etc).-JD
