I'm new to electronics so I cannot understand circuit diagrams of signal jammers available on the internet, however, all of them lack certain features which I need, a display showing the frequencies the jammer is tuned at and a dialer to tune to custom frequencies or any other number buttons to input custom frequencies to block.
I want to create such a signal jammer, what components would I need and how much would it cost?
