We are working on very high power CW amplifiers for industrial applications. I need to operate heavily into compression to get the target efficiency ~ 3dB. We also have a conducted emission spec of -50dBc so we use a 4 into 1 combiner with a low pass filter function. The problem is the 3rd harmonic (it's push-pull amplifiers) is being reflected back into the PA's and reducing the efficiency by ~ 8%. This is an odd performance requirement but would appreciate any insight one might have. I've actually changed the phase length (via cable) to the combiner/filter with good results, but this is not an option at this time.Thanks,RF_R_US
