Wiring diagram to block cellular phone signals within 5-10 meters for business use

Hi everyone.
I would like to inhibit cell phones within a range of 5-10 meters for business reasons.
Is there a simple wiring diagram to block radio waves?

Thanks so much for your reply! The frequencies of the signal will range from 261 hz to 987 hz. I already tested the signal using the debug board by connecting directly to the Oscilloscope.It worked. But as per the requirement, I need to test the assembled embedded device as well.

First thing you should know is that interfering with cell phone signals with another signal is likely to be ILLEGAL in your area.

The most certain way to inhibit cell phones in an area is to shield the area. To do this you need to surround the area (including doors and windows) with grounded metal. Unfortunately any gap in the coverage decreases the effectiveness. So, while it's the most effective method (and as far as I know it is NOT illegal to block the signals), it's very expensive.

I know that you can buy "cell phone boosters" to improve reception in a marginal coverage area. They work by having an antenna outside to connect to the tower and another inside that connects to the cell phones. I wonder what would happen if you "forgot" to connect the outside antenna...
