Is it possible to build (at home) a Supercapacitor?
In past i have built some capacitor of about 1 microFarad.

Uhmmm .....
It should be almost impossible. The dielectric in supercapacitors is only a few micrometers thick. You could try, but the device would be extremely large for you.

I think the only solution for a DIY device is
to connect together in parallel many many capacitors.
To spend less money you can use capacitors with a low VL, for example 6 VL or 16 VL.
Connecting, for example, 100 capacitors of 10000 uF, you wil get a supercapacitor of 1 Farad.
