I have a Leaked capacitor in one of our inverters that led to lot of oil on the nearby inductor, I tried to clean as much as I could, my question is if some oil spits left could be safely try to operate the inverter knowing that the LC filter current in range of 110A?

Certainly oils and other viscous materials have their own electrical resistivity at various temperatures. You should check the type of oil that has leaked and see its resistivity at various temperatures. If the oil isn't on the electrical parts, that's not a problem. But if it is found right on the contacts it could be problematic. Some currents may increase. It is necessary to definitively eliminate the oil with some solvent.
