Where to Find Official IEEE 14 Bus System Standard or Baseline Document for Reference?

So, I am looking for the "IEEE 14 Bus System" document, journal or standard.

I searched on the IEEE website https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/search/ and entered "IEEE 14 Bus System" and I find a lengthy list of documents containing those words in their titles.

They all seem to reference this "IEEE 14 Bus System" standard, but I cannot find the actual baseline document in order to reference from so that I can edit my electrical schematics accordingly in Altium.

Thoughts, feedback, guidance or plain point me in the right direction of this file please.
