Can anyone suggest a device that realizes the function of an ideal diode/OR-ing controller with the following parameters:

-Input voltage range from 2.5V
-Qualification: AEC-Q100

I was looking for a similar part recently, the most likely suppliers are ADI and Texas Instruments, ADI have an LTC4412 that may be worth looking at, depends on what other parameters are important. They possibly have a few others as well, supply is likely to be the biggest issue,
