Best for what? What is your access point or wifi router model? Why do you need the best and not the standard card? What is the location of your AP/WiFi router relative to a PC location (how many walls, ceilings between them)? What is the signal strength (in dBm) of Your wireless network in a place You need this card to work?

I am not aware of any repeaters to use in a PC. They are mostly external standalone devices. And most of the times it is advised not to use them.

Yes or no. The cheapest cards tend to be not too good. The most expensive cards tend to be overpriced, sometimes offering not too big advantage over some better priced cards.
