    Hello, I have TV Vortex 24TD2010 with problem software, no start, but power LED flashing. I need software for internal memory 25Q64JVSIG, if you have, or other software install with USB drive.
    AI: You try already reset TV or update firmware before, or this first time problem?
    first time
    AI: TV screen show something (logo, message) or only black when power LED flashing?
    No logo, only flash LED

    Hi, not work, I think is something else, now flashing LED power 10 seconds, stopped and do nothing no light,no flashing ,no respond anything.
