    Looking USB firmware for this model please or instructions for a hard reset. There is only one button on the TV, the power.
    The problem is related to an Android issue that blocks TV with a message "Android Storage is full" and it is not possible to do anything.

    Try connecting a USB mouse to the TV. Go into the menu and do a factory reset.

    Thank you for the reply. I will try, but are you sure that a mouse connected to this TV can do all this?
