Pairing problem with HmIP-SWD flood sensor (CCU2)

Hi everyone! I have a problem with adding a new Homematic IP flood sensor (HmIP-SWD) to my CCU2 control panel.
I am counting on your experience!
    Description of the problem
Detection: I enter the search mode for a new device in the app (Android) and the sensor is detected automatically.
Identification: At this stage, the app asks for the SGTIN code.
SGTIN code: I checked and the code is identical in all places:
On the sticker on the back of the sensor.
On the sticker on the box
On the sticker with the QR code.

Lockout: After entering the SGTIN code correctly (certainly without typos!), the "Continue" / "Continue" / "Finish" button remains inactive / grayed out.
It looks as if the system thinks that the code entered is incorrect.
Which I have already done (unsuccessfully):
Sensor reset: I performed a hard reset of the flood sensor (removing and re-inserting the battery with the button pressed).
Code check: I have checked the SGTIN code multiple times, typing it in manually and making sure there are no spaces or errors.
Question for you: What could be the cause?
Thanks in advance for your help!
AI: What version of software (firmware) does your CCU2 control panel have and what version of the Homematic IP app are you using on Android?
    CCU2 - 3.0.36
    APP - 3.6.14
AI: Has this sensor been previously added to another control panel or Homematic IP account, or has it been used by someone else before you?
I have no knowledge, I bought it on an auction portal
