    Good morning.

I have a problem with the instability and constant disconnection of the Taxnele TXCB2-TW smart Wi-Fi fuse, which is part of my home automation installation. My entire home network is based on routers - main Huawei HG8247 > ASUS AX3000V2 (AiMesh Router - access point) and ASUS AX1800U (AiMesh Node).

During stability testing, I discovered a key correlation: when the entire ASUS network (AX3000V2 and AX1800U) is switched on, Taxnele is unstable and often goes into 'offline' status. However, when all ASUS routers are switched off and Taxnele connects only to my HUAWEI master router, it works completely stable.

I have already implemented all possible known optimisations on the ASUS routers for the 2.4 GHz band, including:

Setting the Wireless Mode to Legacy (802.11b/g/n).

Setting the Channel Bandwidth to 20 MHz.

Manually setting the Channel to 6. Unfortunately, even these settings did not solve the instability problem. It appears that the signal from the ASUS routers (despite the Legacy settings) is still using AiMesh/AX related protocols that are not understood by the Taxnele module.

Have you encountered the identical uncorrectable incompatibility of the old Tuya modules (probably ESP8266) with ASUS Wi-Fi 6 enabled routers? I am considering replacing the fuse with the newer TONGOU TO-Q-SY1-JWT model, which is known to have the BK7231N chipset (newer architecture). Can any of you confirm or deny that this model of fuse will work stably in a network built on ASUS AX/AiMesh routers?

Thank you for your answers and best regards.

I do not use mesh( except 802.11r), I do not use tuya. Any ESP or BK based device works for me on alternative softwares: Tasmota, EspHome, OpenBeken. I have no problem with Wifi6.
Probably your TXCB2-TW can also be reflashed to an alternative soft.
