    Hello
I have a problem with one and only one roller shutter. The other 9 are working perfectly. All the roller shutters have a Shelly controller. Every now and then, it is always the same roller shutter that moves the top stop point. This happens from day to day. The controller does not show overload; whether I run it from the button or from the app, it shows 100% open. I have tried changing the controller and calibrating, but this has no effect. When I unscrew the housing and make adjustments on the roller shutter with the end position control, it is OK until the next self-adjustment. Then the roller shutter pulls upwards until it encounters the manual stop. Then it adjusts the end position in the cassette again and so on to the next one. Has anyone had this happen, what to check.
AI: What exact model of Shelly controller do you have fitted to this problematic roller shutter?
    Shelly 2PM
AI: What is the type and age of the motor for this roller shutter? Has it ever been replaced or serviced before?
Roller shutter 2 years old, tubular motor.

You have a physical problem with the roller shutter, not the controller, and it's probably due for replacement - something's broken that's making it move.

This I am aware of, just what to check? Seemingly all the rivets are out, the pipe and the engine look ok. The only thing I can think of is damage to the engine switches, just why does it happen overnight and always at the start of winter and the end of it. All summer and spring - quiet.

I have no idea, if you don't ditch and pull out the mechanism and look at it you won't know. You'll just be sitting there guessing and wondering.

Maybe it freezes to the windowsill?

Lower position correct - no deformation of the leaves as with freezing. Additionally, if it froze to the sill, Shelly's overload switch would trip and stop the roller blind. It looks as if the motor turns, the roller blind doesn't rise and it 'skips', but how after a while it miraculously repositions itself again when it's warmer.
