LAN 230V module for call notification - alternative to Zamel INW-01, NO/NC inputs

Hello
i am looking for a solution to send individual notifications to the telephone
from a module powered by 230V working via LAN, states on the inputs, preferably NO/NC
from what I have found, only Zamel INW-01 is available
the Chinese offer a lot of actuators but there are none working the other way around
what do you recommend
