Hello warmly. I have a problem with my Chuango H4 Plus Wi-Fi/GSM control panel. The whole thing is running on the old H4 Smart Home app. The problem is that when the alarm is triggered, no message appears on my phone in the main screen - only when I fire up the app itself does it show the alarm, but when I have everything locked up, it doesn't trigger notifications on my phone. I think I've done everything, i.e. I've set all the permissions under the app and nothing. I've even tried setting up the new Home Cloud System app, but there it doesn't show my internet network selection at all. Only, poking around in the Wi-Fi settings, after changing the name it goes one step further and then nothing more. Perhaps someone is able to help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
