Hello, I need help with the firmware of my Daewoo TV.

Mainboard: Vestel 17MB186TC
Panel ID: VES315WNGC-L3-N01
Mainboard Barcode: 19099 23897 136 291239010121 10140101 17101
The TV powers on, shows the Daewoo logo, then turns off and the standby LED keeps blinking. I suspect a firmware issue. Could someone please share the correct USB dump firmware for this model/panel?
