Can anyone recommend any Chad - CO sensor that can be easily adopted for local IoT? For example some Tuya with Wi-Fi on Beken or Espressif. One in which after getting rid of the cloud we can read the values locally.

What is the reason for the Wi-Fi requirement? You are probably referring to a battery-powered device? Wi-Fi is not energy efficient and swapping firmware on a battery-powered device with Wi-Fi is a bit of a gamble. I don't know what kind of infrastructure you have - Home Assistant? - but for battery-powered devices I always recommend Zigbee. I'm only a proponent of Wi-Fi if the device has permanent power.

Yes I have HA, but more important is the trio: Nodered,Influxdb,Grafana. I have all devices based on wifi. I don't have the power problem either. And I find it more stable than zigbee. And i would like to be able to write ppm to influxdb base. But if there is one ready for zigbee then I don't insist. At the moment I don't have anything so I would have to make myself a coordinator, but that's not likely to be a problem.
