Hello, I'm browsing through the posts but can't find specifics....
I'm looking for some kind of solution/application that will pull together my home management functions....
From distributing the energy in the house when working with PV, energy mag, electric car charger, controlling the air conditioning/heat pump, blinds, temperature etc.... can also act as an alarm and work with CCTV, entrance gate, garage door.... a kind of all-in-one combo. Is there anything like this on the market at all?
I would like to get into the business of assembling, installing such solutions.... including house electrics.

With that kind of momentum, I guess it would fall out to do the prototyping etc yourself....

No point in contributing to a topic where you have no idea.

Read about home assistant. There you clip literally everything, be it tuye, zamela (supla), f&f, literally everything. And if you are doing electrics from scratch in a house, you can really do it with two systems, i.e. supla and home assistant, so you don't show people that a smart home is an extra thousand zloty.
I have recently worked with something like this, combining charger + pv with energy mag, air-conditioning under smart ems, heat pump runs independently because we are not going to wait for the sun when it's freezing and there is no point in having a computer managing it, roller shutters and all the rest go through supla, cctv hik works together with satell and it is seamlessly connected because hik has analogue outputs and satell has analogue inputs and the whole thing goes into the home assistant.
Supla has the advantage that if you have an android car or car play, you can open the gate from the screen of your vehicle.

I am also in the process of testing a small system that communicates with the receiver and opens the gate automatically. I still need to find out how to make it so that the gate does not open as soon as you start the car, but only when you get home and are about 100 metres from the gate.

And what's the point of painting everything pink when all it takes is: a power outage, a BTS failure, a "temporary cloud outage",
a hacker attack or a political decision?
If it's all not based on a local server with adequate backup power, your own/local wireless network,
then you're fooling customers into spending a lot of money without saying how many risks there are. You can enthuse the customer with comprehensive automation in a PowerPoint but it's worth mentioning the risks, e.g. you're standing at the gate, blocking traffic on the road because.... "temporary lack of coverage". These aren't 'scares on the bull's-eye', as 100,000 electricians were recently remotely deprived of the heating function before firing up?

The home assistant works locally, mate. But following your line of reasoning, why buy a car that breaks down?
If there is a power failure in our neighbourhood, we don't feel it, we don't even know there is no power. And what, are you about to tell me that the fuel in the generator will also run out?

after a hard fight with covid people don't take anything seriously anymore.

In that case, why is the owner of this forum investing in all this when they can shut down the electrode right away?

You are here to just criticise. I myself have a smart home that has been running for about 10 years and I have had zero cases like you describe. Fact, my customers have had but the problem was router replacement/change of internet provider.

And I can already see Hacker Anonymous entering my house through the fibre to turn off the lights in my fridge.
Sadly, but you gave a second post and in not a single one did you help the user with their query/problem.

    1. You would have to decide if HA works locally or if you have to change your ISP.
    2. There is a big difference between common sense and uncritical optimism.
    3. There is also a big difference in assessing the risk of buying a car and installing a spy in your home with so many sensors and actuators.

I'm here so that naïve dilettantes don't have to read just a stock ad. Serious professionals are not afraid of criticism.

Just a quick one from reddit:
    " Localhost not resolving

    Hello,

For some reason - my local host address no longer resolves to my Ha install. I had to go into my router and find the up address - can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I'm a bit concerned - because I'm about to leave my property for a few months, and it's not the most stable using home assistant. :-( - but I'd like to be able to see it remotely - as it's running my alarm etc. "
