Hi all, I'm looking for Winbond dump .bin files, 25Q80BVNIG, 25Q32FVSIG, for Onkyo TX-NR636, as my receiver firmware is corrupted and cannot reinstall firmware via USB.
I'm using CH341A to try to flash the chip. Would be much appreciated if you can share the files with me. Thank you all in advance.
AI: Do you need the .bin dump files for both the 25Q80BVNIG and 25Q32FVSIG chips, or is only one of them corrupted on your TX-NR636?
Better if I can have both
AI: Could you specify the firmware version or the region (e.g., US, EU, Asia) of your Onkyo TX-NR636, so the correct dump can be provided?
    Asia region.

Specify the circuit designation of which batch you are looking for.

    >>21830952 Hello. Thanks for reply. It is Q8406 and Q8404 (25Q80BVNIG), and Q3305 (25Q32FVSIG); they are 8-pin chips. There's also another Winbond chip Q8040 (25Q128FVFG), which is 16-pin.

Provide snapshots of the service test of the software versions of all the chips. There are no crashes such that the soft goes off in 4 different things at the same time.

    >>21833362 Thanks for the reply. I'm a rookie at this. Because my receiver firmware is corrupted (cannot reinstall firmware via USB/Ethernet), no video/audio output. After doing some research, I learned that maybe the chips on the HDMI board are corrupted. So I bought a CH341a programmer and tried to re-flash it. I don't quite understand your meaning of "service test", but I managed to back up the .bin file of Q8406, Q8404, Q3305 (see attachment). Now I want to try to rewrite the original (healthy?) .bin file to see if my receiver can return to normal.

Service test, which means you start the receiver, enter the combination given in the Service Manual and check which circuit loads the software. This is the start of diagnostics on an amplifier that normally starts up. It's not about physical dumps of these memories.
