Hello, I have a TV Arielli LED-40N218S2 40'' and when it opens up it gets stuck on a screen that says "WISDOM -SHARE Smart Cloud TV"
Does anyone have any solution? I'm thinking of making a software update, but the software is not posted on the official website, and I've sent them an email to get that. Any recommendations?? The TV doesn't respond to the remote control at all!
