    Hello everyone, I need an original firmware for this TV
    Hitachi 32HAE2250 (Vestel manufacturer).
    It froze and I tried a similar firmware, but now everything is pixelated. I kindly ask anyone who has one to send it to me. Thanks in advance.
    Hitachi device label with warning text, HDMI and Dolby marks, and serial/barcode numbers.

    AI: How do you plan to install the firmware—via USB, service menu, or another method?

    Sorry, but I'm not very familiar with this. I think they are the following: 17IPS62 - 250320R2A. I'm attaching photos to be sure. If so, I'd like clarification on what else to do.

    the software is from a toshiba
    it will work with just one difference: the startup logo will change in toshiba
