I changed the title to [Commissioned] Remember to secure well, VPN is the minimum as it's no longer a joke like a guesthouse. This is a bit of a disadvantage of open source - it's cheap but you have to constantly update and take care.

I am looking for someone to remotely develop and maintain a working Home Assistant installation. The HA currently supports a mini guest house with three houses, and there will be a fourth soon. The existing developer and also administrator has left and no longer has time to continue, but can pass on all HA information. The whole thing is running on various VLANs on Omada TP-Link. I take care of Omada personally.
